DATABASE SITES
The
Rett Gene Data Base
Developed by Dr. John Christodoulou and hosted
by the Children's Hospital at Westmead in
Australia this site is of special interest to researchers and students
studying Rett Syndrome.
The
InterRett - IRSA Rett Phenotype Database
The InterRett, the IRSA Rett Phenotype Database is currently
under construction. It will extend the description of variation
in the phenotype and provide comprehensive
information about the range of clinical features found in Rett
syndrome as well as management and treatments used around the
world. As it develops, it will be linked to RettBASE the IRSA
MECP2 variation database. The construction of this database has
been funded by IRSA and is being managed by Dr Helen Leonard
and Associate Professors Sue Fyfe and Nick de Klerk at the Telethon
Institute for Child Health Research (Australia).
