If your system is configured correctly to view Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat documents using your internet browser you only have to click on the files below to load for viewing, printing or saving to your hard drive. Depending on the speed of your internet connection it could take several seconds to open grant application the files. The Appendix files are much smaller and should not take that long to open or download.

If your internet browser does not directly open the Excel, MS Word or Acrobat documents be sure to follow the instructions in the Help Section below for using either Internet Explorer or Netscape to download the files.
