Meet Your Neighbor We Would Like to Hear From You! It is very important to our project and to people with developmental disabilities that we hear from you. We would like to know what you think about the Meet Your Neighbor video. Please complete form provided below in the Word document format. The information you supply will be kept confidential and will be used to document consumer impressions and responses to the video. Consumer Feedback Forms Providing

by following the 3-steps below. On a regular 28-56k modem it will
take about 15-20 seconds for the document to open.
