As part of the visit you may be asked to sign a consent form to include the information collected during the evaluation in a database. This is voluntary and we will provide you with the same services regardless of whether you sign this consent form or not. It does not involve additional testing. We are collecting information of children attending this clinic in order to better understand the Autism Spectrum Disorders.
In addition we may give you information regarding other research projects here at UAB and in the community. However you are not required to participate in any of these projects.
