Autism Clinic Training Activities

The UAB Autism Clinic accepts clinical psychology trainees and pediatric medical residents and students. Trainees may include UAB Medical Psychology or UA/UAB Clinical Psychology graduate students, as well as UAB Clinical Psychology interns and fellows.
Trainees generally participate in the evaluation to the extent feasible given their level of training. They are encouraged to become familiar with the measures given in this clinic and may participate in further training in order to administer and score them if desired.
Additional opportunities to observe treatment session are available through the Autism Clinic’s psychologists.
